Returns and exchanges are accepted, on the condition that you contact Feeënstof within 7 days of delivery. The item should dispatched back within 14 days of delivery. 


Cancellations are not accepted, neither are returns or exchanges for custom orders. As all of my garments are handmade, I cannot provide a refund for change of mind or if the garment does not fit. This is why careful consideration must be used when choosing a garment and taking measurements. 


I am happy to provide an exchange or credit note for a garment if it is deemed faulty after thorough inspection. The garment must be returned in an unworn condition, with tags still attached.

Feeënstof has the right to refuse exchange/credit note if the garment does not return in its original condition. 

The exchange/credit note must be arranged within 14 days of the customer receiving the garment. Please email info@feeenstof to arrange this. 


The shipping cost of exchanged or returned garments is the responsibility of the customer. The customer must provide a return satchel with exchanged garment and must be sent via tracked shipping. 


No exchanges or credit notes will be offered on sale items.
